I have worked for Graphic Chemical & Ink Company since 1968 - with a brief hiatus(almost 4 years) to travel the World courtesy of my uncle. Sadly it turns out it was my Uncle Sam, and I wasn't too thrilled about the places that he chose to send me. My wife and I have run Graphic Chemical for many years, and have enjoyed the travel that comes with the position. We get to meet our customers (and the occasional vendor) from all over the World

THE LAST WORD - for now







I have received the following letter from Suellen Bock, President of Rembrandt Graphic Arts. While I appreciate the sentiment and kind words about Graphic Chemical & Ink, I am truly sorry that Rembrandt came to this end.














Dear Friends and Customers of Rembrandt Graphic Arts,



After 61 years of service to the graphic arts community Rembrandt Graphic Arts has closed its doors. We are truly proud to have been of service and deeply grateful for your support.



We would like your to draw your attention to and recommend Graphic Chemical and Ink Company www.graphicchemical.com who have be serving the graphic arts community reliably and courteously for the past 88 years. They have a superb knowledge base, reputation for the quality, variety and comprehensiveness of their inks, papers, tools, chemicals and equipment.

We wish everyone well and happy printmaking for many years to come.

I am so sorry to hear that.
I was a customer of the shop,and they knew my e-mail address,but I didn't recieve the notice from Suellen.It is a shame.

I am having a huge problem with Rembrandt Graphic Arts since last year.I have ordered papers and already paid 520USD, but the papers never reached me.

I have had a long negotiation with Suellen.When I happened to know the shop is ending,I asked to her if it was true,and she said No. Then finally she told me to refund my 520USD.But it never refunded to me,and I have lost contact with her.

She has been nice when I have purchased products nice and smoothly before.I have no idea what happened to her.
I am very sad she didn't tell me the truth.
